· Credit Card Team is looking for an experienced Java Developer to
lead a team of Java developers using SCRUM methodology.
· The individual in this role will design and implement quality
solutions, delegate and assign development work as well as develop critical
platform-level components of the application using the
J2EE Framework.
· The right candidate must have two or more years of experience with
Java development including Spring Framework, SOAP and REST.
· Soft skills are equally as important.
· The right candidate will be a good communicator, be a self-starter,
have initiative and a passion for learning.
· It will still be a hands on development role, and lead experience.
75% development, with 25% Lead and ensuring everyone is working on what
they need to be.
