*Job Title* *Sr Business Analyst, SAP* *Project Location * *Mounds View, MN* *Duration* *12+ months * *Skills Required and Job Description:* *Mode of Interview: Telephonic+ Skype* *• Bachelors Degree Required • 10+ years of experience required • Strong SAP implementation experience in a functional role. • BA skills – requirements gathering, testing, use of HP QC, Solman, etc. • There are two reqs – o 1 needs to have strong SAP MM experience with purchasing (including master data conversion experience) o 1 needs to have SAP FI experience, specifically with accounts payable (localization knowledge preferred). * *12+ Month Contract* *upon offer, candidates must complete background check and drug test* This person will perform Business Analysis work as a member of the Source Core Team on Medtronic’s SAP implementations. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: Business Analysis: • Participate in a project team throughout the systems development life cycle, which may include project definition, requirements gathering, design, development, test, release and post-implementation (hypercare) support. • Gather and document customer business requirements and assist with current state process maps. • Match these requirements to system functionality and identify gaps. • Where needed, document specifications and work with developers to achieve requirements. • Provide testing support and resolution of defects. • Document business processes and, where assigned, implementation playbooks for use of Source systems. • Identify and implement solutions to problems, ensuring standard functionality is the foundation. • Share functional knowledge of systems and data. • Provide input to plans and communicate status on project deliverables. • Partner with business stakeholders to initiate and manage IT change requests (ECRs) for new reports, interfaces, etc. and modifications to existing systems, reports, interfaces, etc. to meet requirements. • Responsible for the successful completion of project tasks. • Follow all work/quality procedures and ensure proper documentation to ensure quality system compliance. • Communicate with various levels of the organizations: team members, developers, support, business stakeholders and project leadership. • Partner with project team members and business deployment members to communicate areas of change to business stakeholders.
