On a day to day basis, Tom’s group supports the internal brokerage applications from an infrastructure standpoint, they also do mobile testing through their mobile platform as well and support the internal security financial applications. There are over 200 brokerage applications. *Must haves:* LoadRunner Linux/Unix Performance capacity characterization testing SQL queries Ability to analyze an application properly, its resources, risk etc. perform high consuming SQL calls on the database, someone who can make recommendations on trading optimization and analyze performance metrics. Produce comprehensive load tests for analysis, analyze production metrics, understand consumption of capacity systems, can dig into average collection logs, knows how to do database optimization and tuning. *Plus: * Financial background *Day to Day:* There are a number of projects this person will have their hands in, they will not be stuck on just one project.
