Manager wants an Advanced or SR BA. inputting a third party solution for Affordable Care Act. Solution will be delivered in PeopleSoft HR. Working with Offshore Development team. Client is seeking a Business Analyst who is motivated to help us transform the way technology is used to drive company business goals. The Business Analyst position will be responsible for the planning, execution, and completion of assigned HR centric projects. The Business Analyst will work in a matrix environment and will be responsible for leading a diverse set of technology resources for the duration of a project. The Business Analyst will be responsible for documenting functional requirements for Peoplesoft Developers and testing the resulting enhancements/modifications. * Essential Duties and Responsibilities:* Communicate effectively and foster strong relationships with business users and stakeholders Clearly communicate the business case to project team to assist with decision making and prioritization; keeps business case front and center to drive decisions. Main point of contact with business owners, process owners, application/technology owners Create and update functional documentation Day-to-day tracking of project team activities Status reporting and progress communication to IT management and business partners. Issue and risk identification, mitigation and, if necessary, escalation * Education and Experience:* Required: Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent experience, in Computer Science, MIS or similar area of study.
