Client is a leader in Pennsylvania's health care insurance industry. Director of Data Management is looking to hire, on a contract to permanent basis, a senior Business Objects developer with strong Webi and Universe building experience. This resource MUST have experience taking "somewhat undefined" requirements, tracking down business / technical customers for missing information, designing the report (ensuring mappings are appropriate, etc) and then developing and delivering the report. The ideal resource for this role will be a very strong communicator with a willingness(and track record) to get out of his/her chair and get the answers needed to deliver good reporting in Business Objects. This report development is beind done in a Facets 5.3 software environment so Facets experience is required. Candidates must have experience utilizing available tools such as SQL, Business Objects and QLIK to provide technical reports to support implementation of Facets 5.3.
