*Title: Project Manager * *Duration: Long Term * *( Need local consultant for face to face requirement ) * *Location: **Chicago IL* *Job Description:* · Significant Experience with Agile project management and Implementing/Building Agile teams. Significant experience using JIRA software. Very strong with MS Project Proficient in MS Office (including Excel), MS Visio. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, management information systems, or related field; Scrum Master Certification required, Project Management (PMP) certification, or ability to achieve PMP certification within one year · Ideal scenario is for the candidate to be in Chicago but we are open to remote candidates as the team is spread out. Please specify your candidate's location in the submittal notes. Ability to travel and work extended hours as needed. (Travel will be minimal - Just travel for the kick off/onboarding in Chicago and maybe one or two trips through the year when we get the team together.) · Project team is implementing a modified version of Agile, so the ideal candidate must have significant experience with the Agile project management framework. Agile is relatively new for the project team, so the candidate must also have a proven track record of successfully building Agile teams from the ground up, instilling the Agile principals and culture within the team. · Client projects involve complex analytics, so the ideal candidate will be a quick learner, able to understand analytics at a macro level in order to effectively understand dependencies between project tasks. Our business is growing with many things needing to be done, so the ideal candidate must have a bias towards action and effectively get things done.
