*Title: **Help Desk Analyst II* *Location: **Portland, OR* *Contract: **6 months* *Minimum Qualifications for Key Person (Help Desk Support II):* 1. Six years of professional consultative, technical, or administrative experience providing expert advice and leadership in identifying, researching, and resolving technical problems. *Desired Attributes:* We are looking for candidates with a work history that demonstrates the following: • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access. • Advanced knowledge of Internet browsers and network configurations. • Advanced knowledge of desktop operating systems, network topology, desktop security, imaging, and desktop hardware and software installation procedures. • Advanced knowledge of operating systems configurations and software installation standards. *Experience of Key Person* Contractor’s Key Person fulfilling the Help Desk Support II role must have the following experience or credentials: · PC Support/Help Desk/Service Desk/Customer Service Experience · Broad experience with Microsoft desktop operating systems (specifically Windows 7), applications, integration, Microsoft Office Suites, and experience with third party applications such as Adobe. · Experience with documenting work performed in various ticketing systems · Experience promoting Agency policy as it relates to acceptable use of Information Technology resources *SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES* The successful Contractor’s Key Person(s) and any other staff delivering services under the Work Order Contract must demonstrate the following attributes and skills throughout the course of performance: · Communication: Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are required.
