Role: JAVA Developer MUST BE LOCAL Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin Contract to hire must be US CITIZEN OR GC Candidates NEED TO HAVE: 1. WebSphere experience up to at least 7.0 (Uline running 8.5 now) 2. design experience if they are on the higher end of the rate 3. longevity within their contracts of at least one 18-month stint in the past 4 years (ask when the last time they got extended was) 4. be able to talk about there development in terms of how it effected the business 5. newer technologies like AngularJS, NodeJS, etc. (especially if they are on the higher end of the rate) Position Summary Design, develop, implement, support and maintain complex software applications. Create and maintain user interface patterns and standard library. Implement Java solutions using best OO heuristics. Troubleshoot and resolve software-related issues. Maintain code quality through unit testing. Document code appropriately for maintainability. Work with team members from beginning of product life cycle through release of application. Requirements Bachelor s degree preferred Strong knowledge of WebSphere, Java and Java web applications.
