The ETL Developer is responsible for working closely with Application Development and Business Analysis teams to create the logical and physical database designs supporting client and business objectives. The ETL/IDQ Developer will assist with design and implementation of MDM, planning applications and reporting solutions, and develop solutions to leverage ETL/IDQ tools and suggest process improvements. Duties and Responsibilities: • Lead design and implementation of complex data integration that are innovative, scalable and high performing within Informatica PowerCenter and PowerExchange. • Perform systems/data analysis to implement Informatica mappings and work-flows, shell scripts and stored procedures. • Applies data analysis, data cleansing, data matching, exception handling, reporting with capabilities of IDQ. • Provide technique guidance, mentor and training for other team members. • Work with a job scheduler application to design and schedule Informatica work-flows. • Lead full life cycle development including requirements gathering, analysis, design, development, testing and documentation. • Create solution following the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). • Communicate with Business and Data Analysts to understand requirements, socialize ideas among peers, and document work product. Minimum Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution. • Working experience with ETL with Informatica, MDM/IDQ. • Technical experience in Informatica PowerCenter, PowerExchange and Metadata Manager. • Knowledge of data quality, data profiling and dimensional modeling concepts. • SQL and Analysis skills with experience writing complex SQL queries. • Demonstrated ability to analyze technical information and requirements to design and develop robust data integration solutions. • Familiarity with IDQ Server and Workbench. Preferred Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Math or related subject from an accredited institution. • ETL Experience with Oracle, CTRL-M and Informatica • Experience and knowledge in Managed Health Care Service. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. • Proactive, self-motivator and team player who works well in a collaborative environment.
