*Job Description:*

·         Should be willing to work in US timings EST (night shift in India)

·         Prefer minimum of 1 -3 years of recruiting US experience in IT
Staffing and consulting  company for Sr. level or mid-level recruiter.

·         Be independent to manage/execute full life cycle
recruiting/marketing/sales process for successful placements of various
skilled consultants.

·         Ability to recruit and marketing & sales for CTC/1099/W2/Fulltime
consultants from job portals/sub vendors/referrals/social networking sources

·         Demonstrated ability to source and hire candidates for targeted
searches, plus prior experience with behavioral interviewing techniques.

·         Must demonstrate a high degree of initiative to meet demands of a
high volume recruiting environment.

·         Experience sourcing candidates through networking, internet
postings, internal applicants, job boards, etc.

·         Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with
tact and discretion.

·         Ability to successfully work on multiple client/preferred vendor
requirements/requisitions at any given time.

·         Must have a proactive approach to recruiting
