Position: Business Intelligence Developer Location: Parsippany, NJ
Duration: 6-9+months Job Description In this role you will have the opportunity to design and develop internal reporting and business intelligence systems. Your main objective will be to deliver new systems functionality in order support corporate business objectives. Responsibilities: · Utilize development skills to build (code) and unit test new systems functionality per technical specifications, with deliverables to include code builds and documented unit test results · Develop application support documentation as required by the application support teams for acceptance of systems changes into production · Build and unit test production deployment packages and implementation plans for scheduled systems enhancements · Participate in reviews of technical specifications and program code with other members of the technical team, communicating design, requirements, feature set, functionality and limitations of systems/applications to team and development lead · Design, implement, and develop ETL processes against high-volume and complex data sources · Create data stores, jobs, work flows, data flows and custom functions · Reverse engineer existing jobs/work flows, and provide performance tuning and troubleshooting Requirements: · 6-8 years of development experience with BusinessObjects Suite of Products BOE XI 3.1. Experience in BI 4.0/4.1 a plus · Expert in Xcelsius Dashboard designer and experience with web service data connectivity · Expert in Web Intelligence Report Development and good understanding of Universe Design · Expert in Crystal Reports designer · 3 Years’ Experience writing SQL Server scripts, views, stored procedures and T-SQL. Oracle/ PL SQL experience a plus · Good Understanding of Business Intelligence & Data Warehousing Concepts, Tools & Technologies. · Telecom industry experience desired · 5 years’ work experience in Data Warehouse ETL Development · 5 years’ work experience in ETL Development using Informatica, Datastage or Business Objects Data Services 3.2 · Strong knowledge of Business Objects Data Integrator transformations a plus -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Citrix and Sap problems" group.
