*Position - Integration Lead* *Location – Dearborn, MI* *Duration – 6 + Months * *Interview Mode : Telephonic /F2F* Job Description :- *Essential Job Functions:* 1. Works with customer, business and technology stakeholders to define stories, feature requests and use cases 2. Collaborates with other professionals to translate feature requests into functional and non-functional functional and non-functional requirements for new software, applications, or services 3. Develops high-level product specifications with attention to system integration and feasibility 4. Lead integration planning, design, development, delivery, QA, troubleshooting and deployment; coordinating these activities with internal and external development, operations, Ford IT, Ford Motor Credit IT and external (e.g. RouteOne) parties - own feature development / integration end to end. 5. Documents and maintains architecture specifications and technology component relationships. 6. Ensures software meets all requirements of quality, security, modifiability, extensibility etc. 7. Maintains knowledge of Information Technology Policy Manual (ITPM) policies, programs, and issues. *Other Responsibilities:* 1. Work with business stakeholders to confirm requirements and design 2. Track delivery of development tasks 3. Track and assist in the resolution of blockers. 4. Work with developers to track JIRA ticket progress. 5. Follow delivery process. 6. Review work estimates from developers. 7. Communicate development schedule to project manger. 8. Identify risks to the project schedule. 9. Safeguard the company’s assets. 10. Adhere to the Ford Direct’s compliance program. 11.
