*Monday - Friday, standard business hours with occasional evening or
weekend support*

Primarily a traditional Level 2/3 information technology software support
role, working with the internal senior level functional experts on the
team. This position will be working alongside team members who are experts
in the software and business systems. Applications team supports over 80
different client software packages, business applications and computing
platforms; which are used to create, analyze and test throughout the
product development Lifecycle.


*Qualifications: *

   1. Prior experience managing a 2nd level support ticketing queue for
   various applications/systems
   2. Customer service, skilled in listening and patience, organization and
   tracking skills and written and oral communication
   3. Strong knowledge of the Remedy ticketing system and systems
   documentation skills


*Responsibilities Include: *

   - Manage and maintain the R&D Solutions Remedy queue consisting of Work
   Orders and Incident Tickets.
   - Manually track and produce weekly and monthly Remedy reports via Excel
   - Create and maintain Knowledge Base Articles for the Service Desk
   - Manage remote test lab and stand-alone test systems for internal
   technical testing and user acceptance testing
   - Manage application desktop kiosk systems
   - Utilize IP KVM solution to reimage systems
   - Utilize Bomgar, Microsoft Remote Desktop, and SCCM Remote Desktop to
   manage test equipment, kiosks, end user installations and troubleshoot end
   user issues
   - Utilize DRA to assign software packages to test and end user systems
   - Create and maintain application installation documentation
   - Work with the Client Engineering Packaging team to package high usage
   application for automated deployment and test accordingly
   - AdHoc Marimba and SCCM reporting queries and custom information
   - Administer FlexLM/FlexNet licensing
   - Manage National Instruments license server and licenses
   - Manage MATLAB license server and licenses
   - Manage X-Formation, a license utilization platform, and monitor
   alerts, troubleshoot issues, and predictive reporting
   - Create, Manage and maintain application distribution groups
   - Manage and maintain team Tips and Tricks document
   - Organize documentation in team SharePoint site
   - Participation on project initiatives in a supporting role
   - Take direction from functional experts on the team
   - Assist vendor partners with setup and support
   - Participation in weekly team and work direction meetings
   - Status updates
