The Technical project manager is a leadership position for individuals with the skills and experience to lead our largest, most strategic projects. The project manager has complete responsibility for the day-to-day management of the project, including all aspects related to managing our consulting team, resulting in a successful delivery and a satisfied, referenceable client. The project manager is responsible for client development and relationship management for all project related activities. *Responsibilities* · Lead our largest, most strategic engagements without requiring Director level involvement from an engagement management perspective · Active participation on client engagement steering committees · Lead our pursuit process in partnership with the assigned business developer · Active role during proposal / contract negotiations · Participate in the overall leadership of the business unit *Qualifications* · Experience managing the proposal process and pursuit teams in a consultative, solution based sales model · Ability to articulate complex issues, thought leadership, and the business value of Solutions. · Must be able to do Business Analysis, System Analysis and Information Architecture tasks. · Experience in delivering technical projects in Agile environment is must · Scrum Master and PMP certification are plus · The ability to multi-task, and work in stressful project situations is vital. · Prior consulting experience is a plus.
