(Audio, voice, video etc.) • Ability to develop strategy to migrate legacy env to VOIP (cisco/lync) • Broad knowledge of Microsoft products and technologies and its integration with third party solution • Good knowledge on Working on Lync Audio/Video enabled polycom phones. • Understanding internal, external mail flow and Troubleshooting Mail routing issues • Experience in integration of messaging and voice solution. • Understanding of messaging and directory services technologies, including: LDAP (Active Directory), DHCP, DNS, SMTP, Internet domain records, group policy management. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
