*Summary,*

As a member of the Cyber Service Operations team, this individual will be
asked to assist with Products and Services definition across Application
Security, Infrastructure Security, Security Architecture, and BU Security
Support.

Responsibilities Include:
• Reporting and Data Analysis
• Support Team’s Mission and Yearly Goals
• Awareness of Security Policies and Policy Exception Process.
• Support Key Projects and Initiatives to Completion
• Create and Maintain Reporting Metrics.
• Create and Manage Low-Medium Complexity Project Plans
• Manage and Escalate Risks (Team, Organization, Company)
• Manage and Prioritizing Daily Work Schedule
• Provide Weekly Status Reporting
• Possess Strong Verbal and Written Communications Skills



*Required skills:*



-Qualified candidate must have the ability to contribute greatly to high
visibility Information Security Programs in the skilled areas of
organizational, project management, data gathering, and audit reporting
capabilities to assist in the day to day delivery of security services.
-Candidate will assist with global programs that aid in the delivery of
security services such as Program Management Adoption, Cyber Security,
Metrics Reporting, and other related security initiatives.

-Candidate must also have working knowledge of internal IT Compliance
Programs which include audit requirements involving PCI-DSS, SOx, HIPPA,
and basic security controls.
-Candidate must have strong written and verbal communication skills to
interact with team as well as Management and key internal clients.

-Candidate must display mature Customer Service skills in their ability to
respond to customer’s needs.

-Candidate must have the ability assist with meeting Manager/Team
commitments and continually driving for results.
-Must have the ability to manage ongoing business relationships and develop
close ties with partnering teams that are located on and off shore.
