Title : Senior QA Location : St Paul, MN Duration : 6+ Months *Must have Selenium Automation and Manual testing experience. * Below are the qualifications. Please note that we are not expecting anyone to meet all of these, but someone who doesn’t have all of the “Must Have”s will not work out so please do not submit resumes unless they do. The position is specifically for a senior software test engineer who will be doing automated and manual requirements based testing. *Must Have:* • It is expected that the candidates have a solid understanding of basic testing concepts including but not limited to: • Requirements based testing • Black box testing • Integration testing • Stress and Negative testing • Performance testing • Test Design • Estimation • Etc. • Experience testing backend, database and API. • Test Automation: • Automated testing experience (developing automated tests, not just running scripts). • Specific experience using Selenium. • Coding Experience • JAVA (from a testing perspective not a programmer) • SQL • Scripts • The candidate must have excellent communication/people skills and the ability to work with different departments to achieve team and project goals. • Being able to problem solve in a fairly complex technical environment. *Highly Desirable Requirements:* • Experience working in successful Agile groups. • A degree in Computer Science or EE (with some programming) is most helpful, although experience may compensate for a degree in another field. • Experience using JIRA for task tracking • MS Office applications (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Project/etc.), is very helpful. *Nice to Haves:* • Experience working with offshore test teams. • A lot of our testing takes place on in fairly complicated lab environment. Being comfortable using and setting up hardware and understanding how all the pieces fit together to do End-To-End testing is good. • Occasionally, people come in with testing certifications (such as CQA, CSTE, CSTP, CSQE). These are a plus.
