Align internal business relationship and act as the bridge between the business units and delivery teams * Key Duties and Responsibilities:* ● Ownership of cloud service portfolio for enterprise cloud platform ● Manage the setup and ongoing delivery of quality technical services ● Work with the business units to manage priorities and expectations ● Manage the requirements definition process and ensure that scope of services accurately reflect requirements ● Decide on service level agreements both operationally and for contracted services ● Build a heavily integrated process with change management ● Mitigate and solve escalations with urgency and determination ● Provide foresight into potential future technology processes or issues that will impact the organization ● Manage the transition phase of transferring the functional, technical and procedural knowledge to maintenance and support organization ● Provide visibility for costs of cloud efforts, including recommendation for cost and capacity management ● Build a cohesive team by championing quality, integrating team efforts through status meetings, sharing appropriate information, and building depth of expertise ● Report on process improvements, team performance, cost, and service levels for various management levels ● Build and maintain internal and external relationships ● Experience in understanding cloud services delivery methods (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) ● Assist Cloud Architecture in creating cloud compute standards, identifying and mitigating risks with technology, and help drive solutions for the enterprise ● Create, modify, and adapt cloud services offered to keep the organization aligned between the business requirements and technology capabilities ● Actively engage with peer teams as appropriate to ensure a holistic approach to planning and problem solving as needed ● Align with Project Management Office to drive projects to completion and that services meet expectations ● Identify alignment of existing cloud portfolio to standards and services ● Be highly motivated and active within multiple work streams - manage deliveries accordingly across multiple projects ● Ability to analyze problems and articulate those in a clear discernible manner ● Communicate with all levels of the organization, senior leadership to professional staff ● Keeps abreast of business, operational, and technology trends that may affect the portfolio and strategy ● Coach and mentor professionals on technical services * Required Qualifications:* ● ITIL (foundational level, but exposure to more detail than foundation is often necessary) ● Strong understanding of technical services lifecycle ● Financial and Operational acumen ● Understanding of the need for governance, risk, security, and compliance ● Consulting skills - able to communicate ideas, design solutions, and market them across the company ● Public cloud provider experience (AWS, Azure, Google) ● Managed services experience creating, managing, and delivering ● Experience with IT transformation - data center consolidations and migration Required Education/Experience Education: BS degree in Computer Science or Business ● 10+ years of overall IT experience, leadership in team management and service delivery ● 5+ years experience with Technical Services, Professional Services or Product Management ● Experience with service platforms, migrations, integration and consolidation projects ● Understanding of Software Development Lifecycle Methodologies ● Strong organizational, task, and project management skills ● Self-motivated and able to work across diverse technical and non-technical teams ● Demonstrated Agile methodologies in a DevOps environment Thanks & Regards *Abhay Tiwari* Sr. Technical Recruiter*|* IDC Technologies Inc. 1851 McCarthy Boulevard, Suite 116, Milpitas, CA, USA, 95035 Phone: 408-457-9399 Ext 2033*|* Email: abha...@idctechnologies.com -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Citrix and Sap problems" group.
