They work on tools that provide internal call center reps and branch reps the ability to better serve Fidelity’s PI customers. There are several tools that they work with including Salesforce.com, Siebel, Qlik and custom-built tools. The person in this position will work with several Scrum teams to automate existing manual test cases as well as help the teams automate testing of new functionality. Automation testing experience is a must-have. The manager stressed that many of the resumes he saw in their last round of hiring were manual or functional testers with one or two bullets of automation. This role is more development than it is functional testing – they will be writing the application code to help prep for the testing codes.
