DESCRIPTION: NOTE: c2c or w2 candidates only Since Business Analyst is broad it is important to make sure the following keywords are included in the resumes: • business process analysis • use case modeling • test case design • Excellent client facing skills • Create compact and comprehensible use cases which capture the business functionality in depth using standard toolsets and ensure requirement traceability throughout. • Understand and document complex business processes end-to-end • Conduct the UAT and Training sessions with the client as the project moves towards final acceptance. • Provide inputs to the development team on defect fixes and business requirements. • Perform analysis of requirements/design documentation and business processes as inputs for test planning/execution cycles. • Conduct Regressions Testing, Component Integration Testing, and System Integration Testing in Respective environments. • Perform Metrics/KPI data collection related to the processes deployed, drive analysis and improvements based on them • Escalate Process and Delivery compliance issues to the team, senior managers on periodic basis Log defects and track them to closure. • Work with developers and provide inputs on defect fixes and take them to appropriate closure. • Elicit, analyze, communicate and document business requirements. • Conduct information gathering and information dissemination with SME's. • Exposure to VB .net -- Thanks Pavan Bandaru -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Citrix and Sap problems" group.
