Please read below job description and let me know your thoughts. *Role : *Sr. Network Engineer (1 CCIE level) *Location:* San Diego, CA 92129 *Duration:* 5+ Months *Client:* Intuit *Telephone and Skype!!!!* *Project:* Lab Tech Refresh/Integration Build Project *Requirements:* *•Python or Shell scripting a must* *IXIA experience a must* *Scripting Experience:* Hands-on experience writing Python scripts (or at a minimum, editing/modifying existing scripts) Preferred: experience using NX-API to configure scripts in Python for use with Cisco Nexus9000 switches Ability to or experience with using scripting to configure switch ports for compute nodes Not just academic/high-level knowledge, but has practical experience/deep knowledge Writing UI for end-user, such as for configuring switchports for compute team, is specifically what they are looking for. *IXIA Experience:* Ability to create and run tests using Ixia, familiarity using IxNETWORK for infrastructure performance testing and generating reports (for your reference: https://www.ixiacom.com/products/ixnetwork) Manager wants engineers that have testing, scripting, and automation experience. The environment is fast paced and hectic. Technology makeup is Cisco, Juniper, and F5 among others.
