Looking for someone who is very comfortable in QA – and can work
independently managing more junior BA / QA resources through the test
process – but not so senior enough that they have set up entire QA
departments.  We expect that this person would be writing and executing
test scripts daily.

Our client is actively looking for someone who is very comfortable in QA –
and can work independently managing more junior BA / QA resources through
the test process – but not so senior enough that they have set up entire QA
departments.  We expect that this person would be writing and executing
test scripts daily.

Must be able to work on your own initiative and adept at setting test
strategy for others. You must also demonstrate a "hands-on" approach in
order to set an example for the team.

To be considered for this role, you must have experience performing the
following responsibilities:
•    Ensured the quality of the developed and deployed solution meets the
demands stated as requirements and acceptance criteria
•    Defined and implemented maintainable test infrastructure
•    Led a team in a testing and/or quality control environment with
onshore and offshore mix
•    Implemented and monitored processes for testing
•    Managed testing delivery by metrics
•    Submitted inputs for status reports to weekly team meetings
•    Managed change control process
•    Managed defects process



*ALL applicants must have a college degree*



*Experience in test automation scripting tools. Experience of stress and
load testing would also be advantageous.*


Project responsibility will include:
•    Linkages to requirements, traceability, and use cases, & unit testing,
•    Test strategy including string, system, integration, performance,
regression, and user acceptance,
•    Usage of tools for test tracking, defect management, and test
automation,
•    Quality assurance, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement,
•    Management of gates, and acceptance criteria,
•    Data conversion strategy & execution,
•    Resource planning, staffing, and business engagement with regard to
testing
