Hi, Job Title : IT/Business System Analyst Location : Malvern, PA Duration : 6-12+ Months contract *Rate : $42/hr on c2c (max) * *MOI : Telephonic + F2F* IT/Business System Analyst IT Analyst with a broad range of skills including application support, application configuration/development, data transformation and load management. Has strong internal drive to learn new technologies, possess a mixed bag of skills, is not looking to code full-time, technical experience with PHP / Java a strong plus. Has some basic/medium experience with ETL and flat file transformations and wants to learn more. This position is within a IT Customer Facing team. The teams overall role is to manage the relationship between Compliance and IT, implement new applications/technology, enhance existing applications, provide operational technical support for applications and manages data transfers. There are a number of applications that fall under this area of support such as, -Sharepoint including Infopath forms and workflows specific to Compliance processes. These were built and are maintained by our team. -Infomatica Cloud ETL tool - will use to transform source files into acceptable formats then manage the upload to the Compliance reporting applications. The tool does not require a high-degree of ETL technical and data warehouse experience but candidate should have fundamental understanding of ETL and be willing to learn the tool and how to build new transformation and ultimately take on the daily operational support of the source file transfers and transformations – Process Maker a business process automation tool which is highly configurable, open source but requires PHP and Java to take advantage of all functionality. Role would provide daily operational support and assist with configuration of new automated business processes including configuration of forms, workflows, task notifications, triggers. -Learning Management Application used for all Corporate, Sales and GXP training.
