*Job Title: Lead QA / Senior Test Engineer* *Location: Mclean,VA* *Duration: 6 Months +* *Key Skills: Selenium / QTP ,Automation,Agile / Scrum* *Job Description:* - Requires thorough technical, analytical and operational knowledge within the QA area of accountability with specific responsibilities for design, development and implementation of test strategies to mitigate technical risk - Responsible for the integration, system, and regression testing of software; - Manage automation of test cases using Ruby, Java, Visual Basic languages. - Apply expertise in the area of test automation using Selenium, QTP and Cucumber. - Ensures test deliverables are prepared per program guidelines; monitors the completion of tasks within time and cost constraints and ensures that technical and functional objectives are met. - Interact with the product delivery team to set expectations for overall testing strategy by feature and to guide the overall automation strategy for the team. - Identify interdependencies, ambiguities or omissions, and make suggestions to improve requirements and ensure usability/testability - Obsess about finding new and innovative ways of managing the strategic implementation of test practices within team and product. - Plan test schedules in accordance with delivery expectations - Design test plans, scenarios, scripts and/or procedures to determine product quality or release readiness - Develop testing scenarios/cases to address areas such as database impacts, software scenarios, regression testing, boundary/negative testing, error or defect retests, usability; including automated scripts - Perform Test Execution; direct and monitor other testers during test execution *Basic Qualifications:* - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field, or military experience or substituted with 10+ years of relevant IT/Quality experience - At least 2 years with various project management methodologies, including Agile methodologies and supporting techniques (e.g. Acceptance Test Driven Development and continuous integration processes), packaged system implementations, and traditional specification-driven approaches - At least 5 years experience in testing with a firm understanding of functional end to end testing, system testing, batch processing, user acceptance testing, and regression in an agile environment. -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Citrix and Sap problems" group.
