** Job Title: Sr. ETL Developer**** Location: Denver, CO**** Duration: 6 months * * *Only US Citizen***** **** *Short Description – *The ETL Developer will design, develop and maintain a variety of different ETL programs using various technologies – specifically *Informatica PowerExchange* including batch and NRT jobs, Oracle 11g PL/SQL, third party add ons as well as Unix Scripting (KSH, CSH, PERL). This position requires knowledge of *Oracle ERP and SAP systems* in a business intelligence environment.**** **** Duties and Responsibilities: **** 1. Work with business requirements and will act as a business/technical analyst to identify and understand source data systems. **** 2. Create and maintain standard development life cycle documentation as part of all development project tasks.**** 3. Adapt ETL processes to accommodate changes in source systems and new business user requirements. **** 4. Performance tune new/existing programs that load data into the data warehouse and act as the technical resource for the data warehouse team. ** ** 5. Map source system data to data warehouse models, meet with Technical Architects, Data Modelers and DBAs to review design strategies for new ETL processes. **** 6. Design, develop and maintain several different ETL programs in various technologies primarily Informatica PowerExchange including batch and NRT jobs, Oracle 11g PL/SQL, and Unix Scripting (KSH, CSH, PERL). **** *7. Strong technical analytical skills and an ability to provide creative solutions to problems. 8. Participate in certain aspects of business user consulting, system analysis, and general system designs. ***** Skills and Qualifications:**** 1. Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science or a related field. 2. Knowledge of Oracle 11g Databases 3. Demonstrated experience using ODI and/or Informatica PowerExchange (near real time and batch)* *4. Experience in troubleshooting and debugging**** 5. Expertise in problem solving at the highest level**** 6. Unix Scripting (KSH, CSH, PERL)**** **** *Additional Qualifications: ***** · *Creativity in the development of business intelligence to drive intelligent solutions based on business acumen.
