Please share your resume on ne...@tresourceinc.com for below position. *Role: Data Architect* *Location: Albany NY* *Duration: 12 month * Our client is in need of a Data Architect to work with IT and business executives to capture their data warehouse vision, and develop it into supporting data warehouse design, development and implementation activities. *Following are specific requirements for the position:* · 10+ years architecting and developing data warehouse solutions, with 5+ using Microsoft SQL Server, and 2+ specifically using Microsoft SQL Server 2012 · 10+ years with ETL, with 5+ using SQL Server Integration Services · 10+ years with reporting and dashboard development, with 3+ using SSRS and Tableau · 10+ years with waterfall and Agile development methodologies, and knowledge of how to integrate testing into both methodologies · 7+ years creating supporting documentation -- requirements, design, testing and knowledge transfer documents -- in support of data warehouse activities · 7+ years working with business users and IT analysts in translating business requirements into data requirements · 7+ years designing and developing relational and dimensional data models based on data requirements · 5+ years working with one or more change control methodologies as it relates to data warehouse, report and dashboard development activities · 3+ years’ experience with geographic resolution relating to location-based data · General understanding of data quality, and the underlying process of how data quality issues might be identified and resolved * Following are skills requested for the position, but not required:* · Background in performing business analysis, working with business users to gather requirements for data-based needs such as data warehouse, report or dashboard deliverables · Experience with Informatica Data Quality is a definite plus, including rule and workflow creation, and IDD usage · BS degree in Computer Science, Math, Statistics, Information Systems, or other technology-based degree Thanks and Regards, Neera Yadav | Technical Recruiter Technology Resource Group Inc.
