*Job Title* SCCM CONSULTANT *Project Location* Houston, TX *Duration* 6 months /Contract *Skills Required and Job Description:* *MOI:-TELE+SKYPE* * Responsibilities*: - Provide advanced level architecture design and implementation of System Center focused solutions; particularly SCCM, SCOM and SCSM - Prepare and deliver live presentations on System Center and related enterprise data center solutions for marketing events, individual clientele and internal teams. - Lead activities for technical responsibilities during client proposal development - Accountable to document and drive best practice solution designs based on industry standards and extensive experience - Responsible for consultant mentoring and project oversight of core infrastructure solution implementations - Proven ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously and various engagement levels - Provide business analysis, infrastructure assessments, and associated documentation - Participate and lead in regular status report meetings during and after each project - Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) in System Center, virtualization and desktop deployment solutions *Required Skills * - 5+ years' in consulting industry - Expert in Systems Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) - Design, Deploying and Configuring SCCM - Expert in System Center Operations Manager (SCOM) preferred - Design, Deploying and Configuring SCOM preferred - Defining Management Groups - Monitoring and Alerting - MS Windows Server 2000/2003/2008 - Microsoft Active Directory - Expert in System Center Service Manager (SCSM) preferred *Ideal Candidates will: * - Lead the delivery of projects and solutions to completion in a team environment while demonstrating a consultative personality, leadership mindset, and collaborative communication style. - Create customer branded solutions leveraging marketing assets that deliver a high quality experience for end customers. - Show an understanding of Information Security best practices. - Demonstrate excellent team and customer service skills. - Possess one or more advanced professional certifications related to chosen discipline (MCSE, MCITP, etc.). - Possess a strong background in Enterprise-level architecture design and engineering of industry standard (best-of-breed) core infrastructure technologies. - Mentor and/or lead 1-2 teammates in the development of consultative and technical skills to maintain a high performance customer delivery team.
