Offer. IT Project Managers provide feedback to the Project Management Office, PMO, and/or the Enterprise Project Management Office, EPMO, for recommendations for process improvement and for capturing lessons learned for sharing across the organization. Project Managers are also responsible for ensuring that the change management activities (the “people side” of change) are planned for and implemented.
