Your excellent ASP.net/ MVC coding skills will ensure the customer's requirements are met as this small team works together on delivery, testing each other's code- ensuring quality and lifting to production. *Skills, Knowledge and Abilities Required:* · Ability to work both individually and on a team with minimal supervision. Excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal skills and a desire to provide solutions to clients are required. Self-motivated with a strong work ethic. Analytical thinking, troubleshooting and logical testing skills are essential. “Full stack” developer who can provide solutions to clients primarily using *ASP.NET <http://ASP.NET> MVC (C#, HTML. Razor, JavaScript/ JQuery, and SQL Server)*. Familiarity with agile methodologies, source control tools (such as SVN, TFS and GIT) and automated testing. Ability to learn new technologies quickly are all required. Familiarity with .NET desktop development (Win Forms/WPF), technologies are pluses but not required. *Duties & Responsibilities:* Meet with clients to gather requirements, design, code, test and implement custom solutions. Provide support for production applications; often working closely with clients. Plan, estimate, and execute development efforts. Work with other programmer analysts to establish and implement good developer practices. Assist/consult with other IT groups on web technologies and best practices.
