Demonstrates experience working well in a team-oriented environment – e.g. can work with testers to transition knowledge on how to test code Demonstrates a strong ability to deliver on project commitments. This individual should be able to manage integration artifacts through its entire lifecycle. Demonstrates a working ability to foster a cooperative environment with the entire project team.
