Designation: Recruitment Executive (US IT Staffing) We have multiple open positions for our Hyderabad Office. *Roles and Responsibilities & Skills Required:* Candidates who are in US IT Staffing with extensive experience. Responsible for handling End to End Recruitment process. Should be able to source candidates from various Job Boards like Monster, Dice, Career Builder, social networking sites like LinkedIn and by leveraging his experience and contacts in the industry. He / She must be able to work as per US Eastern Standard Time Zone. He / She must be able to use their experience to meet the targets given by the manager. The ideal candidate should possess 2-5 years of experience in the US Staffing Industry. Should have good experience in working with W2 requirements. Should have worked with Citizens and Green Card holders. Should understand the US taxation terms such as W2, Corp-Corp and 1099. Have experience on placing C2C, C2H and Fulltime positions. Should be Technically Strong. Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills.
