Does not need to have healthcare industry background – it is just a plus/nice to have. **some questions to ask when qualifying candidates - 1. have they done config and install or just support? 2. Any SAN experience? 3. Have they gone through an Exchange upgrade? 4. Do they know Active directory inside and out? 5.
