ClamAV 0.98.4, 0.98.5-beta1, devel-20140905
It seems that something changed between 0.98.5-beta1 and devel-20140905
in clamav-milter. Using the milter with Postfix, prior versions of the
milter successfully replaced (AddHeader Replace)
