Since release 0.90 I am seeing that the clamd process keeps open file
handles of the deleted file /var/lib/clamav/.dbLock.
To me it looks like it fails to properly close the file handle in some
situations. It could have to do with the freshclam notification. Could

My install of clamav seems to have suddenly stopped working this week. I
use clamav with amavisd to scan mail in my postfix installation running on
FreeBSD. On Monday all mail stopped being processed and I got the following

and the other once a day to create a text output that is mailed to me. It
