I have been looking at performing a single freshclam update and then
distributing that update internally but I cannot find how to report
detections from all the internal systems. Anyone have an idea on what I
am missing?
You have to run freshclam --submit-stats in crontab.

It might be a problem with some of the many third-party signature databases
you are loading; consider restarting 0.95.3 clamd
