This is so stupid!
I have put some comments in /etc/sysconfig/clamav-milter and the deamon
started with the comments as params...
Once removed, all came back to normal.

BTW, I have found the milter' socket perms in INSTALL file.
Ooops...
#chmod 700 /var/run/clamav

Another thingie is that newest  /etc/sysconfig/clamav-milter comes with
slightly different startup options: '-blo /path/to/socket'
'-b' option doesn't seem to work, and I couldn't find the meaning of the
option.
