i am running freshclam as a daemon with 25 updates a day. was always running smooth and reliably. :-) since .81rc1, however, freshclam kind of 'freezes' after an update; though it seemingly updates the database, it doesn't notify clamd, as per freshclam.log and clamd.log, and it no longer
