You need to upgrade your packages.  If you need help with that, you should use 
a Debian specific support resource.


note that "testing" changes each while, unless it's frozen.
if you use testing distro, you should update it more often.

Also note that debian 10 has been released 2 weeks ago, so switching to buster
could be good for you if you don't intent to continue using testing.

I do not panic :-) but I would like to know how often it is updated
in debian testing, if someone knows. If it helps, if here is someone
