Hello to All,
We are getting ready to deploy two 3310s for virtual call center users. The
users are home based Customer Service Reps who VPN into us and are allowed
access to the network. Currently we have written agreements with Reps that they
have Windows Update enabled and use an AntiVirus

Thanks for the input Tom. These are 3310s from Cisco. I assume I am good with

Hello,
I am trying to deploy a in-band solution for VPN users. There have been a few
surprises after having started this project.
1. Because users are coming in over a VPN the topology must be in-band.
2. If you want to have redundant CAS servers they cannot be separated by

Hello!
We are rolling out an In-Band virtual gateway for our VPN users and I have come
across something I can't confirm. All my Windows Vista Home Premium x64 users
are failing the check for SP2. I don't have any x64 machines to check to see
where Service Pack 2 is in the registry. Can anyone

Right now I guess we want to do that because of scaling. We are a
fast growing company and by keeping the traffic out of band we won't
overwhelm the CAM.
For what it's worth we have run

Does that mean we need to do a fresh install on the CAS and CAM if they are

Hello,
Has anyone seen this before?
I have a user who is running Vista Home Premium but NAC sees it as an XP
machine and is enforcing the SP3 requirement we have in place for XP.
of luck using just
NAC. You could write a powershell script + scheduled task to move the
user between groups in AD and then use NAC to map via those groups.

Has anyone out there used the integration available between Cisco NAC and

You mentioned OPSWAT. I am deploying a 4.9.1 installation for AnConnect
