I'd recommend taking a look at our documentation on setting this up, over at
http://clearwater.readthedocs.io/en/stable/Making_your_first_call.html
If you've followed those steps, you should be able to make a first pass at
diagnosing your problems with some help from
http://clearwater.readthedocs.io/en/stable/Troubleshooting_and_Recovery.html
If you've already been following those, can you provide some more detail on the
errors you're seeing, as well as the exact steps you've followed, details on
your setup, and any diagnostics you can get.
