This is not from the metadata editor because they are in the audio file.
It's Clementine that doesn't take updates into account anymore.

Try using a different meta data editor, I remember using id3renamer, but
it's been some years
Uninstalling may not delete the configuration file, on windows, deleting
is like a new install
