Check for the point in the logs where you could find the word "exception" . I
happened to see that you are not able to add your instance because of the
following exceptions -
com.cloud.exception.InsufficientServerCapacityException: Unable to create a

The best approach I would suggest is to check the logs and verify at which
point the exception actually occurred . The explanation mentioned there should
be reasonable enough to give you an understanding of the same . You could check
it from the management server logs (vmops.log) which will give

I think the you are trying to create primary storage which is already created
earlier on the host.
Can you destroy the primary storage from XenCenter and try again or give new
path for the primary storage.
