Thanks for the replies. I was thinking, more generally, of using CNC for
any sort of hard-to-source part for the aging CC fleet - and sharing the
data-sets (e.g. autocad files). The main expense at this time is the
scanner. Manufacturing can go to the lowest bidder. Maybe some shops do
scanning
There is some tabbing in the bilge sump between floors and hull that has
become detached. I'll have that ground off and reattached and will add
glass on the outside and fair. Does anyone have access to any of the
original layup schedules in that area? I have copies of all the drawings
