Since I had to remove all sails due to florence, I thought about cleaning the Genoa. Would oxi-clean and soft brush work?What would you suggest?Yes we are all safe in washington,nc. We lucked out. New Bern is another story.  Waiting to hear from them soon. Mark B and edge made a great decision

John, The metal body of the zipper is probably corroded. Soaking it in vinegar is supposed to help. I've free'd up a couple my repeated moving them back and forth until the corrosion is worn down enough for them to move freely again. It all depends on how bad they are. Jake Jake

Seems the zipper on one of my sail bags is frozen in position. Metal fixture with zipper of plastic teeth. Have tried soaking inn soapy water, oil, spray lubricant all to no avail. Any ideas?? TIA John and Maryann Legacy III 1982 C 34 Noank, CT
