Luke - I use the inner track for my light #1. it's a bit of a nuisance since the car is not easily adjustable like the primary jib cars. I still like it and believe it gives us a little more point. to change jib cars to the primary track, either for the same sail or a headsail change, just

Hello All, I recently purchased a new to me 35-3 and an very excited for the coming spring and am grateful to this board. I did have a question about the 'upper' genoa tracks on the 35-3 that are about 2' long and mounted on the cockpit coamings just aft of the cabin. I assume that these are for

Josh, Had the same problem on my C Mk2 with a slight leak on a jib track.  We pulled the bolts fore and aft of where the water was coming thru on the headliner and forced silicon sealer into each bolt from topside by holding a wood peg against the reinforcement bar. (a C has a bar under the

The headliner that needs cut is literally inside cabinets. I'm not churchin' those up. The single hole outside of a cabinet will benefit from the freshly spared hole plugs which had been in use in the cabinets. Josh On Wed, Dec 12, 2018, 8:27 AM Dennis C. via CnC-List wrote: > Josh, > > What

Josh,   For the places you need to cut headliner you might consider going to Ace hardware or a big box store and looking at their selection of plastic hole plugs first.  If you can measure carefully you may be able to use a properly sized hole saw to gain access to nuts on bottom side of deck

I considered Captain Tolley's but decided to leave that route for leaks that could legitimately be called "inaccessible". For these tracks it was a short cut that I didn't want to take. I'll keep you posted. Josh Muckley S/V Sea Hawk 1989 C 37+ Solomons, MD On Wed, Dec 12, 2018, 7:18 AM
