Stu: I was using Outlook on a Windows 10 machine when it started. Today I began using a newer version of Outlook on a Windows 11 machine. I ran into the same issue -- some e-mail notes come through normally, others as an attachment. Your note below came through fine, by the way.

I have removed the footer with an external link.  There is still a footer - just no link. Instead of trying to identify the email servers, let's identify the mail programs being used - both sending and receiving. Stu using Thunderbird mail. There are no links in this footer.

I run Windows 10 and use a gmail account which receives all messages just fine. I use Outlook 2007 to read the emails and separate into several folders. By this means I can delete emails I do not want to keep as gmail saves everything. The only time I have a Outlook problem is this list.

Hi all. I am down here in La Cruz de Haunacaxtle marina in Banderas Bay, Mexico.  Walking the docks today I believe I saw Wallys boat Stell Blue. I'm assuming it is Stella Blue due to the blue panels with opening Port lites where the cabin windows were. The boat is looking very neglected. Doug
