I'm not 100% sure but I think the outboard with an internal fuel tank are gravity fed. You would most likely need a fuel pump of some sort. With no battery the could be difficult to rig. As for the other option "spill proof" gas can. I tend to spill more fuel with them than to old style. I like

Richard,If the Rotella oil has the same rating required  by your manual, you should be covered. Just dont use oil that is for a gas engine. I did this in an old VWdiesel car. Within 1000 miles i was rebuilding the engine. I use Delo 400 in my yanmar, because I bought 10 gallons for half price.
