I know the boat. It was docked next to ours at our friends house/marina on Mill
Creek when we kept “Ronin" in Annapolis. Joe is correct. Never used or cared
for. I would on occasionally pull debris out of the cockpit drains to keep the
water level from overflowing the hatch boards…

I looked at a Landfall near there several years ago that had deck leaks, bad
cracks around the ports (wet core freezing???), and diesel in the bilge. If
this boat is that one, they are asking too much.
