Hi all, I am looking at a 1984 model 35-3 for sale. Boat looks good overall. Recent keel re bed etc. upon inspection have found the following bothersome issues; the bulkhead that the v birth door is hinged upon shows rot at the bottom as well as the bottom of the diagonal bulkhead separating the head from the v birth. Anyone dealt with replacing these or ??
