I have a C 35 Mk II and I would like to drop the rudder. I have removed the Edson Marine steering quadrant. The quadrant was wrapped around a piece which is in turn wrapped around the rudder shaft. This piece has the rectangular key which matches with the quadrant. I can’t see any bolts on
